Project Vision and PlanningAt first stage we gather requirements for a project. We tightly communicate with you trying to understand your business and problems. As the result we prepare a document called Project Vision, which gives a general direction and purpose, to be sure we and the customer are on the same page. We put a major stone in a project base - a Project Plan document which includes information related to staffing, budgets, time lines, deadlines, goals and measurements. |

Technical SpecificationAt this stage we define the customer's technical requirements that will be addressed by the project. This gives both of us an answer what features and functions are going to be developed. |

UX Prototyping and Design SpecificationAt this stage we prepare a document describing in details all modules and elements of the system as well as the interaction types. The product mock ups and architectural design are included into this document. We also think over the interface specifications, required for interaction with third-party components. |

DevelopmentWe use Agile methodology during development phase. The duration of sprints varies from project to project, but generally we use two week sprints. This duration is long enough for meaningful work to be completed. We are flexible to adjust the business directions throughout the development of a project. Quality AssurancePrior to starting each release, the project team works with the you to determine which work items will be included in the release. Having more than 10 years of experience in software development and architecture designing, Alexander Smirnov has started it's own business as individual entrepreneur. He has contracted with several customers and has started to work on several middle-size projects in mobile and B2B domains.

A new company Dilicon LLC has been founded by Alexander Smirnov and Mikhail Balshunou. They have all components needed for successful business: deep expertise, customer base and passion to work. The company focuses on servicing technology needs of the U.S. clients.
